Gender Consulting
Gender consulting is an advice service offered by the Central Equal Opportunities Officer and is aimed at faculties, departments and researchers in the planning phase of a research proposal within the framework of a collaborative project (e.g. Collaborative Research Centres, Research Training Groups (RTG), research units).
- Advice on integrating equal opportunities concepts and measures into pre-proposals and project proposals (e.g. equal opportunities funding from the German Research Foundation)
- Advice on integrating equal opportunities and gender aspects into research
- Review of research proposals with regard to equal opportunities and gender aspects
- Advice on the presentation of equal opportunities concepts and measures for evaluations and reviews
- Conceptual development and realisation of project-specific equal opportunities measures
- Career planning support, in particular for female employees
- Advice for teaching staff on gender-related issues
- Advice on gender-sensitive appointment procedures and other personnel selection procedures
