Finding your way around in a new country can be quite difficult at times. Our events and information sessions aim to help you to integrate and gain a better understanding of some important aspects of everyday life in Germany.
You´re kindly invited to our German Language Café. This language cafe is ideal for anyone with basic German skills, who would like to practice talking German in a relaxed atmosphere. We are going to have some small chats in German under the guidance of a native German speaker.
Duration is around 1 hour. We meet at 20th of April, 04:30 pm, at ZUV-Lounge, building 16.11.01. Registering is not necessary. Spontaneous visits are welcome.
Starting a new PhD or PostDoc position brings both opportunities and challenges – especially in the complex environment of a university. Join our Welcome Day and kick-start your journey at the university! We warmly invite all new doctoral researchers, postdocs, and research assistants to take part.
The Welcome Day offers the opportunity to get in touch with other researchers at HHU, to discover essential information and program offers and to get in contact with the contact persons of the Heine Research Academies (HeRA).
HeRA wants to advance your career and training as an early career researcher also by providing a collection of useful information and links to contact points. The Heine Research Academies are open to doctoral students, postdocs and junior research group leaders as well as to supervisors of graduate research work at HHU.
