Student Services for prospective students
Student Services provides an extensive offering for prospective students at the Student Services Centre (SSC): Whether answers to “preparatory” questions or advice for new and prospective students – you can find expert contacts for all study-related questions here.
The Student Services Centre (SSC) is open from
Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The SSC hotline is available from
Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Attention!
The SSC will close at 12 noon on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
The hotline will also be unavailable from 12 noon onwards.
Please note the special office hours on that day.

The SSC will be closed on Rose Monday (February 16, 2026).
