Open Campus Summer School 2025 / Her Tech Future HHU

The afternoon programme for the Open Campus Summer School accompanying the start of our intensive language courses took place in the week from 7 – 11 July 2025.

The Open Campus Summer School 2025 language course programme runs from 7 July – 30 September 2025 and the first week was accompanied by an afternoon programme. Participating in networking and information events, sporting activities and parties together, the Summer School participants enjoyed an interesting introduction to university life at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

The Her Tech Future Week 2025 took place at HHU in the second week from 14 – 18 July 2025.

Her Tech Future Week is an empowerment programme for international female academics and students from non-EU countries with a focus on MINT subjects (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology and medicine).

The empowerment programme offers participants practical seminars over the course of the week. International women can network and experience support and empowerment in various areas of life, e.g. through seminars on topics such as “strong women, strong voices – communication training”, “mindset & resilience: developing inner strength”, “your rights as a woman – knowledge is power” or “intercultural skills & integration”. The objective is to prepare talented international women for studies and potentially also subsequent leadership roles in science, business and society through targeted empowerment measures.
