Title of „Appelate Professor“ for Dr. Enno Freye removed

Until 1981 Freye worked as an Anesthetist at the University Hospital Düsseldorf. Since then he has not been in any professional relationship to the University Hospital, the Medical Faculty or any other institution of institute of the HHU. The decision is based on German law (Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz NRW, § 49, Abs. 2).
